Doug brings over 40 years of global experience identifying needs, optimizing solutions, and leveraging value drivers to create exponential growth across many B2C and B2B organizations.
His career has spanned leading Consumer Goods businesses (P&G, Cadbury Schweppes), Wireless Telecom (Rogers, Motorola), Technology (PMC-Sierra, ACL), Destination Resorts (Intrawest) and even Matchmaking (It’s Just Lunch).
Doug is currently a Managing Director of STS Capital Partners, global Merger & Acquisitions sell-side specialists who create Extraordinary Exits for Privately owned businesses by identifying untapped potential value to  Strategic Buyers.  Doug also supports the Business Development Bank of Canada as an Executive Advisor to high growth potential businesses. And he serves as a Corporate Director for a number of both Public and Private Organizations.
